Often, the most profitable thing you can do is to stop doing what you are currently doing.
A time will come in every business when you begin to add new products or services to grow your business. At a later time, you might just discover that your new product or service has began to deliver more profits than your original products or services.
It is hard to step away from the product or service line that has given you so much reward, but we are talking about what is good for the longevity of your business. If you find that your original products or services are not delivering the same profit margin as they had in the past, or they simply are not producing the same level of profits as your current offerings, then it is definitely time to consider moving on to the next phase in the life of your business.
Now is not the time to be sentimental. Now is the time for making the hard choices you need to make to take your business to the next level.
They are hard choices for sure. I know, I have just recently made these kinds of choices for my own business. I will look forward to seeing you upstairs.
