Rose Gardens and Minefields is a literary bhel puri i.e. it's a compilation of poems, short stories and essays. Published by Leadstart Publishers/Frogbooks, Rose Gardens and Minefields is an awesome book...a must-read. It flirts with controversy though and is quite heretical. Vivek Pereira, the author, has taken pains to irritate bigots, communal elements and terrorists in our midst. He doesn't spare the naxalites either!!!
